Tim is getting out of the office @ EarCandy.
As of Tuesday May 14th, 2019, Tim has decided to get out of the office at EarCandy. After an exhausting search for a competent business and office manager, not a musician, not a guitar player, a business and time management and logistics manager, this position has been proudly filled by our new C.E.O. Vivian Arwood. The reasons for this are obvious as this will allow Tim, his assistant Jay and wife Jamie to spend almost all their time where it is most fruitful, in production.
There will be a swift and consistent shift in production and shipping time, less communication because it will not be necessary and more gear hitting the UPS truck as has been needed for some time around here. Vivian is a clear-cut communicator and has almost 2 decades in the manufacturing logistics and business management sector and we are relieved and excited for this team change. Tim will always be available for technical questions and support but will not be tied to a computer 12 hours a day.
Email addresses will stay the same for convenience. Our new cart system processor is operated by “Stripe”, is government level encrypted and the cart and checkout system is completely protected by SSL. and is a verified Authorize.net Merchant.

Our office hours are from 10am until 5pm Monday through Thursday and 10am until 4pm on Fridays, central standard time. We will be closed Saturday and Sunday as well as all national holidays.
